Dress for Your Shape: Triangle

One thing that many women, especially in the Caribbean (unfortunately), do not know is how to dress for their shape.  Since it is sooo hot, we can sometimes wear pieces that are too short, too tight and plain too much. Not every style is for every woman and that is perfectly fine! You can always find something similar that fits you to a T.

We come in every shape, size, color and style and we should embrace that fact–every woman is beautiful in her own way.  This is why I am introducing the Dress for Your Shape series!! I will give you do’s & don’ts and some examples of styles that work best for your particular shape!
First up in the series is the TRIANGLE shape
Ladies, your body double is Rihanna….

I like this post but I am not sure I agree with the comment: ”One thing that many women, especially in the Caribbean (unfortunately), do not know is how to dress for their shape.”
I think this statement would be for everyone in general. We have all wore things that might not be flattering for our body shapes but the clothes out there doesn’t have a sign saying “ONLY Pear Shaped Bodies Can Buy.” (Thank God for that)…lol… I like to see how expressive people are with their wardrobe.. It’s fun and artistic. If everyone were to dress for there body shape then the shows such as: What not to wear,” & “How do I look” would not exist.

Hey, unpocorodriguez! You are right, that statement could certainly go out to ALL women, where ever they may be from. It’s so funny you would bring up the fact that, “I like to see how expressive people are with their wardrobe.. It’s fun and artistic.” As the series continues, I also speak about breaking the rules…so stay tuned!!!! This is just a general guide, hopefully it helps in some way. Thanks for commenting :)
